Lucid Lab Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") complies with personal information protection regulations under relevant laws that information and communication service providers must observe, including the『Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection』,『Protection of Communications Secrets Act』,『Telecommunications Business Act』, and『Personal Information Protection Act』, and has established a privacy policy in accordance with relevant laws to make the utmost effort to protect users' rights and interests.

This privacy policy applies to users who use the services (hereinafter referred to as 'services') provided on the DOPLE Service platform (including web, mobile web and apps, hereinafter referred to as 'platform') managed and operated by the Company, and contains the following contents.

Article 1 (Personal Information Items Collected and Collection Methods)

① The Company collects the following personal information from users for member registration and management, service provision, smooth handling of grievances, and provision of customized services.

② In addition to the personal information items in Paragraph 1, IP Address, cookies, visit time, service usage records, misconduct records, device information, and location information may be collected during service use or app execution, and email addresses or phone numbers may be collected during customer inquiry reception and processing.

③ When user identification, identity verification, and age verification are required in the course of using the services provided by the Company, information such as name, date of birth, gender, domestic/foreign status, mobile phone number or i-PIN number, encrypted Connecting Information (CI), Duplicate Information Check (DI) may be automatically generated and collected. In the case of minors, legal representative information may be automatically generated and additionally collected.

④ The Company does not collect sensitive personal information (race, thoughts, beliefs, political inclination, criminal records, medical information, etc.) that may raise concerns about infringement of users' basic human rights, and users who do not enter optional information items can still use the basic services provided by the Company without restrictions.

⑤ The Company does not use collected personal information for purposes other than the collection purpose, and if the purpose of collection and use changes, separate prior consent will be obtained from users.

⑥ The Company may collect users' personal information through the following methods:

  1. Website, application, mobile device, written forms, fax, telephone, consultation board, email, event entry, delivery request
  2. Collection through information generation tools

Article 2 (Purpose of Using Collected Personal Information)

The Company uses the information collected from users for the following purposes:

  1. Personal information is used for membership registration, smooth customer consultation, providing services agreed upon with users, personal authentication for service provision, purchase and payment processing, providing service usage history, and registering payment methods.
  2. Personal information is used for member management purposes, including verifying membership registration intent, age verification and obtaining legal guardian consent, identity verification of users and legal guardians, user identification, confirming membership withdrawal requests, and handling inquiries or complaints.
  3. Personal information is used to protect users and ensure stable service operation by implementing usage restrictions on users who violate laws and company policies (including terms of service), preventing and sanctioning unauthorized activities that interfere with smooth service operation including fraudulent usage, preventing account theft and fraudulent transactions, delivering notifications, and preserving records for dispute resolution.
  4. Personal information is used for providing services based on demographic characteristics, analyzing access frequency, improving functionality, compiling service usage statistics, and providing new services that reflect users' paid service purchases (payments) and service usage patterns, interests, and usage history analysis based on service analysis and statistics.
  5. Personal information is used for event and promotion purposes, such as providing event information and promotional content (when marketing and promotional information consent is given).

Article 3 (Personal Information Retention and Usage Period)

The Company principally retains users' personal information until membership withdrawal. However, to prevent transaction-related disputes, the Company retains information for specified periods even after membership withdrawal in the following cases:

  1. Cases based on internal company policy for personal information retention
  2. When investigation or examination is ongoing regarding user violations of relevant laws: Until the completion of such investigation or examination
  3. When credit-debit relationships remain between the Company and user: Until the complete settlement of such credit-debit relationships
  4. **In cases of forced termination or withdrawal:**Until the restoration application deadline (1 year from the date of termination or withdrawal)
  5. The Company retains user information for certain periods as stipulated by relevant laws when preservation is necessary. In such cases, the Company uses the preserved information only for its intended purpose, with retention periods as follows:
